Not veterinary advice

Old Pal Pets sells mobility equipment. Nothing on this site, including the fit
calculator, the size guide, our blog and any advice we give by email, is
veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Rear leg weakness can have
many causes, some of them serious and some of them treatable. Talk to your
veterinarian before putting your dog in a wheelchair, especially if their
mobility changed suddenly, if they are in pain, or if they have a condition
affecting their spine, hips or joints. Stop using the chair and speak to your
vet if your dog is distressed, rubbing, sore or reluctant to use it.

You are responsible for supervising your dog while they use the equipment. A
wheelchair is not a substitute for supervision and is not designed to be left on
an unattended dog.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We try to keep the site
accurate, but if a product, price or description is wrong we may cancel the
order and refund you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it
when we send your shipping confirmation.

Fit and sizing

Our fit calculator recommends a size from the measurements you give us. It is a
guide. Measuring accurately is your responsibility, and an incorrect measurement
is the most common reason a chair does not fit. That is what the Fit Guarantee
in our refund policy is for.

Using the site

Do not misuse the store, attempt to break into it, scrape it or use it for
anything unlawful. The content, photography, text and design are ours and may
not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Old Pal Pets is not liable for indirect or
consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what
you paid for the product it relates to. Nothing here excludes liability we
cannot exclude by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute
will be handled in the courts of that state.
