Shipping Policy

Where we ship

The continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US
territories or internationally. If you are outside that area, email
help@oldpalpets.com and we will tell you when that changes.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most wheelchairs arrive within
**2 to 3 weeks** of the day you order.

Each chair ships in the size you select, so the wait is a one time thing. It is
worth measuring carefully before you order rather than after.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order
leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs can push delivery past our estimate. If your
order passes 30 days with no movement, email help@oldpalpets.com and we will
either resend it or refund you.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If the wrong address is entered, we are not entitled to give you a refund.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we will resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
